SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

All continental U.S packages are shipped by our chosen carrier, USPS. Mendez Garment is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact Mendezgarment.com

FIRST CLASS SHIPPING
All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 1-3 business days for delivery. Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. All orders received after 4:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

PRIORITY SHIPPING
We offer 1 business day shipping on all orders placed before 2pm PST. If you select over night, orders will be sent the same day they are received via USPS Priority Mail Express. We are not responsible if USPS does not deliver your package on time as promised by them.
